On the basement floor, the structure provides guests (with a separate payment fee) with a warm Finnish sauna that can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring emotional lighting and steam from eucalyptus, cedar, and wild pine, along with lavender in the context of a relaxation room.

On the ground floor, the structure consists of an entrance and a room with a fireplace and reserved tables, used for breakfast. Homemade cakes, croissants, butter and jam preserves will accompany the coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, yogurt and herbal teas.

The structure in the front features a patio with tables for breakfast outside and a flowering gazebo and surrounding garden. In the side area there is an internal parking area and a fenced and divided plot of land of approximately one hectare that houses a chicken coop, a horse, dogs, rabbits and land turtles in addition to a vegetable garden.
